Q.I don't have time for posting and reading comments - who will do this?

A.Don't worry - our expert Contact Managers can post and upload relevant info on your behalf - any info you can provide us by way of sales promotions, product launches, company milestones, industry gossip, together with anything interesting and relevant to your industry or business type that we can find online.

Q.How will I see all this activity?

A.We email you a detailed report every week, combining all your activity. of course, you can log in the Easy dashboard at any time and review the results for yourself.

Q.I want to post some messages myself - is this possible?

A.Absolutely - you can post from the individual pages - Facebook, Twitter etc, or use the Easy dashboard to send a single message across all your networks - it's easy!

Q.Will you provide any training to help me understand the reports?

A.Of course - unlimited telephone and email training to make you an expert [or at the very least to help you understand how it all works and how to profit from the insight]

Q.What happens if I want to cancel?

A.That's Easy too - there's no further billings from the time you contact us [provided its more than 3 working days from the end of your billing cycle] - carry on using the account until the current month's subscription lapses.

Q.Is there a minimum subscription period for your services?

A.There's an initial three month commitment, then you can cancel at any time after that if you wish.

Q.What are your payment terms?

A.We accept payment by credit card only, billed monthly in advance - we set it up so it's automatic.
